A BAcC-registered acupuncturist in Didcot, combining Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine for whole-person care.
How a career in business led to acupuncture
I was born in Brazil and moved to the UK, where I spent many years working in the corporate world. A personal experience of acupuncture inspired me to pursue a new path in this ancient system of medicine.
I combine Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine to offer personalized, holistic and evidence-informed care. My approach is centered on understanding each person as an individual, exploring the wider factors that may be affecting their wellbeing, and working together toward greater balance and vitality.
My interest in fertility and women's health began with my BSc dissertation on fertility and acupuncture, followed by further specialist training in fertility and assisted reproductive therapy. My longstanding interest in nutrition is part of why I trained in Functional Medicine too.
